Key Responsibilities Handle daily banking operations and back-office transactions. Open and maintain customer accounts. Process remittances and online financial transactions. Manage ATM claim settlements and account maintenance. Process inward and outward clearing transactions. Handle cash, deposits, term deposits, and payment processing. Maintain operational records and prepare monthly reports. Ensure compliance with bank policies and SOPs. Provide excellent customer service and support branch operations. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation. Teamwork and collaboration. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work efficiently in a banking environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily banking operations and back-office transactions efficiently.
  • Open, maintain, and update customer accounts.
  • Process remittances and online financial transactions accurately.
  • Handle inward and outward clearing in accordance with bank policies and SOPs.
  • Monitor inactive and dormant accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Process ATM claims and resolve customer transaction issues.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and term deposit transactions.
  • Verify and post financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
  • Issue banking instruments such as pay orders, demand drafts, and cashier's cheques.
  • Maintain proper documentation and an auditable trail for all banking transactions.
  • Assist customers with banking services and resolve their queries professionally.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with bank regulations, internal controls, and risk management policies.
  • Support branch management in achieving operational and customer service objectives.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Graduation or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 2.5 in the highest qualification.
  • Maximum age limit: 35 years.

  • Candidates with 1 year of relevant banking experience will be preferred.
