Job Overview
National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting applications from motivated, confident, and career-oriented female candidates for the position of General Banking Officer (OG-III). Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university.
At least 60% Marks or CGPA 2.5.
Maximum age 35 years.
Candidates with 01 year of relevant banking experience will be preferred.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily banking operations and back-office transactions.
Open and maintain customer accounts.
Process remittances and online financial transactions.
Manage ATM claim settlements and account maintenance.
Process inward and outward clearing transactions.
Handle cash, deposits, term deposits, and payment processing.
Maintain operational records and prepare monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and SOPs.
Provide excellent customer service and support branch operations.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work efficiently in a banking environment.
