Organization: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Position: Waiter Job Type: Contract (Probation-Based) Location: Islamabad Interview Type: Walk-in Interview Job Overview The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Waiter through a Walk-in Interview. Candidates with the required qualification and relevant experience are encouraged to appear for the interview on the scheduled date and time. Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience. Maximum Age: 40 Years (Age relaxation already included as per advertisement). Interview Details Interview Date: Tuesday, 04 August 2026 Registration Time: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM Venue: NADRA Regional Head Office, Sector G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad. Job Responsibilities Serve food and beverages professionally to staff and guests. Prepare and arrange meeting rooms for official meetings and events. Maintain cleanliness of the dining and serving areas. Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings and official functions. Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen utensils and serving equipment. Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Support office staff with hospitality-related tasks when required. Report shortages or maintenance issues to the concerned supervisor. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and courteous behavior. Basic knowledge of food serving and hospitality. Ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities

  • Serve food, tea, coffee, and beverages to staff and official guests in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and arrange refreshments for meetings, conferences, and official events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, pantry, and serving areas.
  • Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during official gatherings.
  • Monitor pantry supplies and report shortages to the concerned supervisor.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Provide courteous, respectful, and efficient hospitality services to visitors and employees.
  • Support administrative staff with hospitality-related duties when required.
  • Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional appearance while on duty.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management or immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum Middle Pass qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience as a waiter or in hospitality services.
  • Maximum 40 years of age (as per the official advertisement).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food serving, table setting, and hospitality etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing and working for extended periods.
  • Honest, disciplined, punctual, and well-mannered.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when required.
